This weapon has a "RAGE BUFF", like in MVM. When loaded and activated,

just cut the short circuit's beam mechanics (hits multiple players at once and has a very limited range) and give it the heavy's firerate and close range DPS. BAM, instant AoE/Ambush weapon with very high DPS

Pros:
-Regenerates ammo (instead of listing ammo in numbers it is replaced by a percentage bar) +10% per second
- on alt-fire (while spun up for at least 5 seconds) shoots a charged up "chain bolt" that hits an enemy (first enemy hit is a crit at 100 damage) than spreads to nearby enemies (second enemy(s) deals a minicrit 50 damage, third enemy deals normal damage 25 and enemies afterward will take 25% less per enemy hit, will also temporarily disable buildings

Cons:
-50% slower spin up time
-No random crits
-10% less damage while being healed (while in mvm can be upgraded to not do this)
-25% less damage while being Ubered (Same as above)
