The Stat Discussion Thread.
Because stuff like this is inevitable here is a megathread for all of your opinions on stats for this gun. Please do not create other discussions about it, seeing as this one already exists! Have fun!

10% faster firing speed
20% slower spin up speed
5% more damage

since it is based off beer: if under the affect of jarate,mad milk, ect, speed increased by 20%.
using the gun builds up brew rate, which when activated increases fire rate and lessens spinup time

when equiped you get the passive; Strong drinker which makes you 30% more resistant to bullets and knockback.
however because the gun is based off of alchohol you are either less acurate or the crosshair sways (you're dicision).

Every 10 rounds you shoot, a bottle goes out and does 65 damage to the enemy
When bottle crits: breaks the bottle and messes up the enemy's vision
Bottle crits do same as regular damage
+25%/50% (cant decide) max ammo capacity
-30% damage penalty
30% slower spin-up time

+10% shots per minute or second.
-5% damage.
+5% spread on your shots.

id say more like 30 -40 because you burn through ammo faster than thermite on butter.

30% less accurate (alcohol imparment)
50% health increase (you're drunk, cant feel pain)

might want to remove the health and replace it with something else or you just have an overhealed heavy all the time.

A "Brew" meter sounds like a nice idea.

I really like this idea but think it would be better if the brew meter only increased when the barell is spinning and would decrease when not spinning, the stats could be 20% lower fire speed and spin up but when th brew is used it makes makes the debuffs a buff and adds 10% to them. for instance +30% fire speed and spin up. also add 10% damage reduction so it isnt completely reliant on the brew.

+25% Overheal (Extra HP from Medic)
+25 Resistence against Bullets

Cons:
When Equipped:
+65% Damage taken by fire
+40% longer spinup time

When weapon is active:
On hit: +3 health
10% faster firing speed
crits targets covered in jarate, milk, or bleeding.
brew beer while spinning when beer is full, 20% faster movement speed, 5% damage bonus

3 ammo consumed per second while spinning
20% damage vulnerability while spinning
increase in push force taken from airblast and all other sources of knockback
