using the gun builds up brew rate, which when activated increases fire rate and lessens spinup time
however because the gun is based off of alchohol you are either less acurate or the crosshair sways (you're dicision).
When bottle crits: breaks the bottle and messes up the enemy's vision

id say more like 30 -40 because you burn through ammo faster than thermite on butter.

I really like this idea but think it would be better if the brew meter only increased when the barell is spinning and would decrease when not spinning, the stats could be 20% lower fire speed and spin up but when th brew is used it makes makes the debuffs a buff and adds 10% to them. for instance +30% fire speed and spin up. also add 10% damage reduction so it isnt completely reliant on the brew.
