AEF Easy 8 dispatch error now fixed and works as intended

Can buy the Bazooka and BAR upgrades for USF but the squads cannot collect them.

aef Bazooka and Bar upgrade now fixed.

#### Please note #### The 28th Infantry have no BAR upgrade as half of their infantry squads start with a BAR in their loadout and their bazooka depot also acts as a forward HQ retreat point that can be built on any of their controlled sectors, giving them greater flexibility.
