Decision Factoring
Decision factoring's a bit more complicated than option factoring because you are trying you get the ai to use the decision versus not at any point during the game. Whereas option factoring you are just trying to get the ai to pick one of two(or more) options in a given situation, so the scale of the factors isn't as important as what is being factored. Especially with the way I've designed it, x characters will choose to go y characters will choose to stay.

For instance, option A has a base factor of 50, option b base factor of 100 because I think characters should naturally choose to stay. Now, I have ambitious and content as factors. Ambitious gets a factor of 100 for option A, Content gets a factor of 100 for option B, because I feel ambitious characters should choose to go, content characters should choose to stay. So 50A/10000B, if I scale the ambitious and content factors down to say %10, it doesn't change anything for the ai's decision, they'll still be picking based on being ambitious or content.

This isn't to say weight of the factors aren't important, what happens when an ambitious ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ who loves his liege comes to the decision, so suggestions for why a factor should be lower or higher would be great help. Otherwise I play with them until I find a happy medium.
Suggestions for what should or shouldn't be factors e.g. my councillors/minor_titles should leave if the character's broke, spouses/children/♥♥♥♥♥♥♥s should only leave if they hate the character, etc would be immensely helpful as well.
