How to increase Reformed Polygamy!
Keep in mind this WILL cause conflicts with any mod altering the reformation file.

If you are using a reformation mod, you should change the line below inside that mods folder, and not the folder shown below.
That will prevent the conflict, since you merged it into the mod you're already using.

Doesn't seem to affect reformed pagans with the "Polygamy" reform when reforming pagan faiths; also true for reforms that combines "Polygamy" with something else like the Zunist "Dawnbreaker" tested it without additional mods.

Pretty sure I addressed this before somewhere, the polygamy reform is in a different file.
If I alter it, it will conflict with pretty much any mod altering reforms.

So I will leave it untouched.

You could go into the file yourself and alter it to whatever you'd like.
You'd do that here;

CK2/common/religion_features/00_features.txt

ctrl+f and search for;
religion_harems

then change this line;
set_max_wives = 4

That should do it.

Edited this discussion to showcase my explanation above, since people kept saying reformation didn't work.
Those people probably won't find this anyway, since they didn't read the description in the first place.

Hiya. I can't seem to find the file you mention in "Increasing Reformed Polygamy". My base game files don't seem to have a "common" folder, nor do any of my mods dealing with reformed paganism. Yet reforming my aztec faith restricts me to four wives

If you're on Mac or something I don't know. Make sure you're not in documents folder unless you're changing an existing mod.
The common folder should be a direct subfolder under Crusader Kings 2 folder.

For me its on my E drive, so E:/Steam/Steamapps/common/Crusader Kings II/common

It's of course the common folder AFTER CK2 you need to enter, NOT the one before. That is steams common folder.

Hope this helps.

Then you did it wrong, or have a mod conflict.
