+you can shoot more faster
+Gives you a Ocelot reload type of thing
-slower reloading speed

for an alternet
+faster reloading
you could kind of make it like the Reaper's reloading thing where he drops his guns and pulls out new ones but for this you pull out another revolver (because Ocelot has two revolvers)
