Not only will it be cheaper, this one does not have the yellow shield and it is already team colored, while Bill's Hat is brown (unpainted), which makes it different. I much prefer a hat that looks 100% like the one I'm supposed to be referencing than one that looks only 70% like it.

It's all a sneaky reference to mgs 3 you dummies. Just look up revolver ocelot mgs 3. Even the names of the cosmetics refer to characters and time periods which are key to the plot in the game. lol

It, could be one I see what your saying. But, its quite something else.

Bills hat hasent been remodeled in a long time and wont get one most likely. So this is basically a better paintable, more better, version of the bills hat for spy.
