Bill's Hat?
I really hate to say this, but is this worth adding an entirely new item that looks almost identical to the Bill's?

Not only will it be cheaper, this one does not have the yellow shield and it is already team colored, while Bill's Hat is brown (unpainted), which makes it different. I much prefer a hat that looks 100% like the one I'm supposed to be referencing than one that looks only 70% like it.

It's all a sneaky reference to mgs 3 you dummies. Just look up revolver ocelot mgs 3. Even the names of the cosmetics refer to characters and time periods which are key to the plot in the game. lol

I am a huge fan of mgs 3 and i can ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ regonize revolver ocelot xD revolver spinning, red beret, scarf, jacket,boots = revolver ocelot

The whole set needs to be in the game, with a set bonus:

+ 12 shots
+ some fancy shootin'
+ the ability to detect enemy female spies
+ replaces the "Help" voice command with "meow for backup"
+ you are now a force to be reckoned with

- can not use the Ambassador (because engravings give you no tactical advantage whatsoever)
- can not disguise
- can not cloak
- can not backstab
- you will forget everything Hollywood taught you

You forgot that when you reload, you get a speed boost, because the reload time is exhilarating.

It, could be one I see what your saying. But, its quite something else.

Bills hat hasent been remodeled in a long time and wont get one most likely. So this is basically a better paintable, more better, version of the bills hat for spy.
