@Kalina0904 did you find out which mod caused the problem? If I don't know what mods you are using, there's nothing I can do to help solve the problem. Are you using the 81 tiles mod? There is a known incompatibility with that mod.

It would help a lot if you could enable just this mod, load game, confirm it works. Then enable one mod more, load, confirm working, etc, enabling one mod at a time. This will help isolate which mod is incompatible.

Business Socks sure your mode made a conflict with one of the mods I used. So the problem is not in your mod directly, but in incompability with other one.
After I unsubscribed from your mode, the game began launching.

@Kalina0904 given the absolutely miniscule code changes this mod makes, it seems unlikely that this mod is to blame.

What other mods are you running with? Have you tried disabling them in batches to see where the true problem lies?

Also, lots of people have been having problems in general with Cities Skylines after they update to Windows 10. Have you done this?
