Stats
Ok, I beleive that this should be a medigun that has the ability to VERY SLOWLY revive dead teammates, and he has 5 seconds to start healing them before the chance goes away, no matter how long it takes for them to respawn, and when they are revived, they are at full health, but take mini crits for 5 seconds, but have increased speed for 5 seconds.

+overheal rate 2x as fast
+revived teammates add to a counter of revives that you can use for yourself once you die that takes 5 seconds to revive. Counter maximun number is 3, while when you respawn you have half health, but increased speed for 5 seconds.
-Ubercharge build rate decreased by 50%
-healing(not overhealing) base speed is decreased by 15%

Ubercharge grants the ability to instantly revive any dead teammates in a vicinity equal to the buff banner vicinity, and overheal rate is increased by x3

or i could turn the revive counter maximum to 1, and when you revive you have 1/4 health, all damage taken for 10 seconds is minicrits, but you have x2 speed for 5 seconds and bonk effects for 1 second? also, for 15 seconds after self revive, you are unable to revive teammates?

+While healing a target who dies, their respawn time is cut in half.


_UberCharge saves teammates and yourself for death. If deployed while your target dies, they come back in 5 seconds with Full everything and double their max health. If active while you die, instantly go to 50% Overheal and gain a 15% speed boost for 8 seconds.


-Cannot heal teammates with Overheal (You can still heal them if you gave them overheal, but if you disconnect the beam, you must wait until they are back at base HP or lower).



Valve will never impliment the MvM revive system into normal gameplay. Never ever.

(+) +25% Healing Rate
(+) Uber Grants a New Effect called Hexainum Implosion, which gives a Mini Crit, Speed, and Regeneration. However there is Knockback Feature, which when Uber is activated, it will Knockback You and your patient by 25%
(-) -15% Medibeam Range
(-) -20% Damage Vunerblity On Paitent when not Overhealed

Here is what i think:

+Faster uber rate
+Killed allies drop a revive kit
! Alt-fire launches a bolt that explodes and revives any dead allies with their revive kit in the explosion and heals any living allies in the explosion
-No overheal

on heavy = 525 max health
- 40% healrate
! on uber +150% overheal on patient and u, and negates 30% of the healrate penalty
(do not stack with normal overheal)

on heavy = 750 max health

* do not use this weapon in middle of combat pop it before the fight starts


idea for this is to make ur team more tanky absorbing more damage
at cost to heal teamates normaly

Ubercharge regenerates 40% quicker
Über gives target 15 seconds of "life time"
Lifetime causes target to respawn where he died one second after death. You take minicrits for 15 seconds after reincarnation

On MVM: you will revive them 3x faster
+16% oveheal

Ubercharge effect: Instantly revives every single dead teammate on a small area around you

-50% of healing rate
-75% of healing rate on recently revived teammates
-75% of overheal rate

You can revive your team in 10 seconds
Depending on how much uber you have revived faster. 10%: 0.5 seconds. (5 seconds with 100%)
+15% Overheal rate
-25% Ubercharge rate
-30% Healing rate
My suggested stats for this weapon:

+100% increase in maximum overheal
+40% faster heal rate
+40% faster ubercharge rate
+/- Ubercharge immediately revives nearby fallen teammates and grants the user and nearby teammates invulnerability for a period of time

suggested stats

PROS:
Can revive teamates, similar to how it can be done in MVM.
+ 25% charge when reviving a dead teamate.
On death, nearby teammates heal back 50 health in a small radius
Uber: when wearer would be killed, they drop to 1 HP instead, all revived teammates come back with full overheal, and the reviving rate is doubled

CONS:
No overheal
No charge gained from healing living teammates
20% vulnerability to all damage types on wearer


the idea, is that this weapon trades up healing and overheal for the reviving ability and the ability to heal upon the user's death. Naturally, it would work with the vitasaw or the crossbow; due to the vulnerability and death ability.

and the revive mechanic well it can be fun as the user, it will be annoying as the enemy. Maybe if the medic drop a special gib/sound alerting the enemy "hey, this medic can revive" can pass. But it might be too confusing for new players, asking themselfs "why did that medic come back if i kill him 4 seconds ago? is he hacking?"
