it seems if you have a attached inventory mod that auto loots. like hand cart, when you pick up the bottle you get 2 of them(may happen anyway), one is stolen and the other is normal, the stolen one does not register as "your" bottle so when teleporting you get stuck if you dont have the teleport spell
