This is due to the fact that our computers cant handle the massive amounts of data that requires to run this game, developer can you please work on refining your code so it has less memory usage for lower end computers, if you need to know how to clean up messy memory triggers/actions/events/code let me know and ill give you some pointers.

once i played for 20 mins, dota2 just crashed but when I play normal game it wont be like this. I dont know why. and when I reconnect i cannot get my items in the right way while I bought the pass.
