7th state ?
Mode : Hard

I killed Ezalor, Invoker and Chen in that order. Storm didn't talk to me after that and i had ~17k virtue. He didn't give me the quest to kill Leshrac.

So my question is"Is 7th state only available in Impossible and above" or I missed something ?

Not sure about it being avaible in hard, but you require 23 or 24k virtue to get to the last state. Iirc, you need to clear all the warlock's quests. Some time without playing, will go back to play with this update.
