Do you know if I can remove the PREREQs with these on my server? I removed the vanilla stuff and use Corrected Structures. If I add: ,RemoveEngramPreReq=True) to the end it should work correct? Thx.
OverrideNamedEngramEntries=(EngramClassName="EngramEntry_StoneRoundedCatwalk_C",EngramLevelRequirement=20,EngramPointsCost=5,EngramHidden=False,RemoveEngramPreReq=True)
OverrideNamedEngramEntries=(EngramClassName="EngramEntry_StoneRoundedFloor_L_C",EngramLevelRequirement=20,EngramPointsCost=5,EngramHidden=False,RemoveEngramPreReq=True)
OverrideNamedEngramEntries=(EngramClassName="EngramEntry_StoneRoundedFloor_R_C",EngramLevelRequirement=20,EngramPointsCost=5,EngramHidden=False,RemoveEngramPreReq=True)
OverrideNamedEngramEntries=(EngramClassName="EngramEntry_StoneRoundedFloorStairs_L_C",EngramLevelRequirement=20,EngramPointsCost=5,EngramHidden=False,RemoveEngramPreReq=True)
OverrideNamedEngramEntries=(EngramClassName="EngramEntry_StoneRoundedFloorStairs_R_C",EngramLevelRequirement=20,EngramPointsCost=5,EngramHidden=False,RemoveEngramPreReq=True)
So take her list above and add the RemoveEngramPreReq=True and put your own LevelReq and PointsCost like mine (I use 10 for wood, 20 for stone, etc). That's what I did. Just took her's above, added that last part and you are good. Then hide the vanilla ones.
Thanks a lot -- I'll do that asap :D
And also thanks to briana for updating the post! :) You now only need to remove the duplicated "EngramPointsCost" for each engram in your list ^^
I'll take a deeper look after lunch. It's hard to concentrate while being hungry :P

Edit: I edited the config after I stopped the server, saved the game.ini and started the server again. So that shouldn't be the reason.
--
Edit 2: Unless the normal versions of the stairs (Wooden Stairs, Stone Stairs and Metal Stairs) it all works. Whyever it isn't possible to edit those three stairs requirements. May that have something to do with the new Wooden Staircase added by Ark itself?
--
Edit 3: This is the list I currently use (which does not work with the 3 dafault stairs named aboved). Be careful while copying to your own server: Due to testing issues the needed level for all engrams is set to 10! So please edit them as you want to.
It works for me...Here's my entire game.ini so you can dig through and just cut out the ones you need. I use Middle Ages, Rounded Stairs, Reusable Plus, Metal and Glass, Structures Plus, Glow Rails. I removed/hidden the vanilla stuff I have mods for. That way it's clean and they use the better. All my mods I add if they need the stuff I removed so it's a pain but works in the end. Have a look:

Hope it helps...
Working (example):
OverrideNamedEngramEntries=(EngramClassName="EngramEntry_Armory_Sign_C",EngramLevelRequirement=1,EngramPointsCost=1,EngramHidden=False,RemoveEngramPreReq=True)
Yours:
OverrideNamedEngramEntries=(EngramClassName="EngramEntry_Wood_Stairs_C",EngramHidden=false,EngramPointsCost=5,EngramLevelRequirement=10,RemoveEngramPreReq=True)
See the difference (move EngramHidden to the proper place - also your have false not False not sure if thats a problem)? Are you using a Windows machine or Hosted? Because I use ASM which is helpful. It allows you to add them in and then check the boxes and organizes them, etc. He will have a auto engram importer soon for mods :)
I'm running a small server next to me. OS: Ubuntu Server, "ARK Server tools" for management, access and everything via SSH (resp. CLI). So ASM is not really an option for me - as long as I don't want to copy all files from my PC to the server each time ^^
In the past minutes I've tried the following (each one after another):
- Reordered arguments to your order
- Preventive changed all lowercase "false" to "False"
- Removed "EngramEntry_{Wood/Stone/Metal}_Stairs_C" after I've seen they're nonexistent in your config ^^
Unfortunately all this hadn't changed anything *sigh
Here's a screenshot of how it looks like ingame: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/66925220/ark/screenshots/stairs_round-walls_01.jpg
---
Edit:
Alright... I need to test all those again. The levels in the screenshot are not as they should be. Ark loaded a previous version of the config. I guess I need to take a break xD
---
Edit 2: The right config loaded, the required level and engram points are how they're supposed to be. Except for the Wooden/Stone/Metal Stairs. If I'm right the engrams for those three stairs are:
EngramEntry_Wood_Stairs_C
EngramEntry_Stone_Stairs_C
EngramEntry_Metal_Stairs_C
?
If so, then I absolutely don't understand, why they're not willing to do, what they have to do.
As I was going to disable the stairs so that only the small versions are available, I found out:
There isn't any other way to specify that not the vanilla Staircases are ment, but the stairs of this mod, I guess?
Mine works flawless, so something isn't working right.....
Since the required Engram Points and Playerlevel are changing (and also all the other options set in there), it's the correct one ;)
I'm editing the Game.ini in ./ServerDir/ShooterGame/Saved/Config/LinuxServer/
The part where I changed this mods Engram Entries looked last like this: http://pastebin.com/Yjx1K0Rv
I currently removed the whole mod until I figured out how to get it working as supposed but kept the "stairs and rounded walls"-Game.ini as a backup.
A quick thought: At which point is this mod at your server loaded? First, last, somewhere in between? And are you really on the current version of ark? ^^
I have it in the middle of my mod list, and I have the current ARK update.
You know what, have you tried killing yourself or doing a mind wipe to see if that works? I've seen a few people do this to because sometimes things act up. Worth a shot....
That'd be really nice of you :)
http://pastebin.com/VxgXWe4S (First row with engrams of this mod: 345)
I've had the mod on all positions now -> No change.
I already tried to die, use mindwipe and created a new character. Always the same result. Maybe I should try a reallife mindwipe? *scratching
And I have the bad feeling that it's just a small simple thing I missed ^^
