Do tranquilizers work on bots?

I was playing GMod and whenever i use tranq darts on bots, the only time they go down is when i shoot them in the face
Are bots supposed to go unconcsious when they are hit with tranq darts in the head instead of
every body part

I Can Confirm That They Work On Bots, I Tested It On A Server I Manage And Now Our Main Bot Named Joe Biden Is Knocked Out!
