How to change tranquilizer duration?
20 seconds isn't enough time to kidnap someone, how do I change the duration? Is it a command, or a setting somewhere or... is there even a way to change it?

You need to extract the addon using GMosh or a similar program. There is a config file inside the folder structure, and then change the settings you want. Then, drop the extracted folder back into your addons folder.
