As the title says, I am confused as there are some options shown in the first image of this mod, but they are not enabled when I am making a random map game.

The rectangle options and the expenses options are just not part of this mod, and I really wanted to know why?

Other than that, I really wanted to give you thanks for this awesome addition to the game :)
