Brilliant from start to finish. 5/5 stars.

Energy Crisis is THE single most underrated campaign I've ever played and I sincerely doubt it'll ever be topped in that regard. I know this one isn't talked about very much, but I can't emphasize enough that Energy Crisis is superb beyond all my expectations and well worth your time.

The 5 maps are polished, detailed, authentic, and easy to navigate. These maps are long, too -- my first playthrough was 1h 40m. Sometimes long maps can be a burden, but Energy Crisis does such a good job with setpiece variety and keeping up the pace that I didn't want it to end. I could gush for an hour about all the little details the level design gets right.

The campaign is challenging with limited supplies, but it's completely fair because of good pacing. Somehow, I always found a new gun the instant I ran out of ammo. Amazingly, the finale is also unique: a holdout that turns into a gauntlet after completing required tasks.

Bottom line, keep this installed. Wow!
