little problem.
In the 3rd bonus mission (USA VS GER) the mobile flak doesn't appear.
But keep your work ,i love it. :)
P.M. supply truck are unable to call-in too.
The Ha Ho spawning incorrectly will code related and appear on all maps. But the the artillery pieces getting stuck will be unique to each map. Can you recall which maps had emplacement issues?
I'll check these out before next update.
Map is Field Day 2 and faction is US on opposite side... Don't know if it is faction or map... We played non-campaing skirmish and we saw that happen... With non-campaing I mean that where you chose settings for match...Havent't seen this happening on other maps... Maybe this is random stucking bug or something but do you still check this out?
It looks like a short waypoint... I may have found and fixed this very recently. I will check this out to be sure.
I will update in a week or two with new maps to add.
AT-guns and some howitzers didn't came with their crews, only those crewmen came to field...
Oh and when playing on german side in skirmish campaing in this same map, there's also one mobile AA-gun(if I recall now) that you can call when game is going on situation where you're near those objective places(positions where you neet set some AT-guns), that mobile AA gun doesn't show when you call it...
That map have so many bugs... =D
My coop buddy found way to get those guns to field using supply trucks... When he spawns those, he quickly attached one gun to spawned truck before it reached that white line... Didn't worked with that howitzer, only with AT-guns...
The units underground or sideways etc is a different problem. Enemy units do not pose a problem because they use clone via "actor to waypoint".
Player's units however use the reinforcement button's functionality. Which will sometimes distort the orientation, especially when the units are rotated around hilly terrain. As you can imagine I use a template mission file for each new map, I don't place each and every unit for each map. Only adjust the position of units and waypoints, everything else is generic.
there are over 600 units involved, making it hard to test each and every one... despite resetting the orentations of all, as a whole, in the properties... the problem still ocasionally arises.
I have a couple of idears on how to work around the issue and I'm confident I can remove the possibility completely. I am currently working on another mission concept which is exploring some of the issues involved.
