Missing Textures and Errors?
So...Walk out of spawn, there's errors everywhere, and the mountain rocks are just all missing textures. I've got everything installed, what am I missing here?

The mountain textures, and if you're seeing trees not there it is likely that EP2 is not installed/mounted.

I got it all installed and mounted...but I'm still getting errors and missing textures, suggestions? I've run a game cache verification, and I've started up a new campaign in ep2.

Well starting a campaign in EP2 isn't going to do anything. If the cliff textures and trees are missing EP2 is most certainly not mounted in Garrys mod. Go to the little game controller icon @ the main menu in garrysmod and make you have it checked in there and restart the game.

Yup, got it done now...I'm used to older versions of Garry's Mod. Don't like having to mount things manually...

i dont like having to set up VMT's either, but someones gotta do it m8. Glad you got it resolved, have fun!

i assume half life is not free?
if so icant get my textures fixed.

You have to pay for it which is disapointing that you have to buy it to use some contect on Gmod...

*you can download the game textures and moddels for free legaly because many people don't want to buy the game so you have the textures but not the game

it took me about half a day to collect all of them
so you dont need to download nearby 2 gigs of content
