Controlpanels do not work / addaction is on the wall

Hello,

it seems like that the addaction from the control panels are not functioning right.
I have no scroll option on the control panel: https://cloud.viju.blue/index.php/s/KwS3L9cmordHbtY/preview
But I can control everything when I turn around: https://cloud.viju.blue/index.php/s/F8T9tjaPYncM8Xm/preview

Why is this like this?
