Hello surf fanatics and surf trick professionals,

First of all, thanks for checking out the map. Considering that surf and trick servers require the maps to be very precise, I want to point out a few things why some of the changes are done (in other words, why some things were removed).

1) Firstly, I removed the nade room and the jail lasers because it involves no skill to surf. Basically knowing a secret is fine and all, but it also outmatches new players that already have a hard time learning surf. The nade room speaks for itself since it just throws players all-together at the end of the round. It makes no sense, and should not be part of the map.

2) Undershotty. I know that there are a number of tricks related to that one, and is probably the only REAL change that the map underwent. It's literally the only thing that changed radically, rather than being slightly altered if not just visually. I would like to have feedback on that matter, since I removed it because it allowed you to easily swap from side to side, making it at least a little safer for people who are new to the map.

3) 'WEAPONS NOT RESPAWNING OMFG' Why? I don't understand why there are a number of people reporting this to me as bad, because it NEVER, EVER was part of the original map. I already added the old buyzones, and the original map never had respawning weapon. SERVERS have plugins that make weapons respawn, not the map. Implementing the systems to do this causes massive amounts of lagg, so I will not add this just because people misunderstand this situation.

Been added in the v1_1 version, due to overwhelming demand that it is included in the map, and not through servers...


I would love to receive feedback from professional surfers and surf fans. This is one of the most iconic surf maps, and I want it to be good. If there are things that should be added or changed, please tell so in the comments. It server no point to say the map is bad but not even tell what bad. You have the power to change it, so please, advise :)
