He, cool Map first. I see Dolphins, Sharks and Mantas in Rivers and Lakes... Why? :D

When is the Winterbiom Ready with Oil. Animals and all other? When you think is the map all finish?
Can i climp the big hills with country animals? i think this is important for many players.

Hi,
I tried to start a local game yesterday (installed mod for the first time) and everytime ARK crashed while loading D4_Far with the following message:

I'd already tried:
- verifing game data (no results)
- reinstalling mod
- reinstalling ARK (with all DLCs)

Am I the only one with this problem?

jenaisu - I have the exact same problem :( Didn't reinstall Ark though, but I had to give up and remove the map from my server and everything worked fine Again.
What a shame, cause I would really like to play it

Sorry, I didn't notice these posts before. I'll look into it. Seems to be an issue with a material so it shouldn't be that difficult to fix

It seems to be a issue introduced by a recent ARK (game) update. Hopefully just cooking the map with the new dev kit build will fix the problem. I'll work on this tonight and if it fixes the issue I'll deploy the update right after.

nope, waiting to see if anyone responds to a bug thread I made at the unreal forums. I'm reinstalling the dev kit right now and will see if that fixes the issue but it will still be a few days to get it downloaded and the map cooked again.

The bug has now been fixed and a new build is up. I had to delete some old assets that were being referenced that were no longer in the game, so you may notice some things here and there missing or some floating plants. I'll take care of these when I come across them. I also tweaked a few things, most noticably lighting that had become wierd after a recent game update. Also since I was in mid development but wanted to get this fix out since the map was broken you may notice some other things that are odd.

**If you see any areas with a abnormal amount of spawns please report with the creature type and the area, preferably with a screenshot of the map and the area circled! Thanks!

Hopefully that link will take you to screenshot wall. The plesas and mosas just sit there.

I still cannot find the oil (other than trilobites and the new water snails) or even the streamers from oil to indicate where they are in the ocean. No penguins found for org polymer. And I lost a good saber today exploring. When the map ends on the edges in the ocean, there is no barrier to prevent me from going too far. So my saber and I got to a point and just died. Didn't look that far from shore. And the map edges in the ocean just.. well.. end. Looks like the tablecloth on a table and you can go under it. After loosing saber, I did not try to go under that. Did not see any underwater lobsters either.
