-Focus on the penalties of revival, perhaps make them less intense, perhaps even spawning with a life giving amulet or being able to enable a Touch stone to spawn close to him when he begins the game.
-If you are able to add chara (in the same way Woodie changes) Make it so when He's Frisk he loses Sanity when he kills innocent creatures and when he's Chara he gains sanity when he kills innocent creatures and Hostile creatures alike (Course this could be a very touchy thing to balance)
Like I said, I'm not 100% sure how modding works so alot of this could be out of you're control. Regardless keep on it, glad this mod is being developed.

No need for fancy graphical changes/transformations until you can work out how to emulate the LVling system and balance the pros/cons of going pacifist or not.
As for what the benefit should be, perhaps the ability to befriend or at least turn neutral hostile creatures? Maybe even include better sanity regen 'aura' from friendly entities as an incentive to befriend them.
I think also reducing the sanity loss from certain monsters would be nice because they remind Frisk of its old friends like the Tallbird (Loox), Ghost (Napstablook), Merm (Undyne) and maybe spider (Muffet)? Perhaps flowers dont give sanity or evil flowers reduce a lot more because of Flowey
that's all i really want tbh, i dont want this to be some extreme mod, just a simple CHARActer i can play with.
Also, if you kill too many monsters, 2 much love 4 u, monsters attack you like all the time
Mayhaps another thing to add to the laundry list of things that you're going to be expected to to work on for this mod, but just inputting my two cents for the sake of this discussion. If this does come to fruition, that would be appreciated.
