The Zodiacs use
I found 2 Zodiacs, 1 in Fords study +1 in the basement and I want to know how to use them

The zodiac in Ford's study turns on the bill posters lining the back wall. The one in the basement is still a mystery

I TRIED OUT THE FORDS STUDY ONE. IT WORKED

The one in Ford's study toggles the drapes over the Bill tapestries and the one in the storage cellar is just there to look nice.
