The posibilities
Hey idk if your still active on this or not but I was wondering if you would be willing to come out with a script much like the one you use for this machine but with modular controls so that a fellow engineer could use your script to create his or her own device. A code that could simplify the one in this design and easy enough integrade with different ships. If not I will do my best to re write the code given with this workshop item. Im kinda looking for a universal script though.

I'm not really sure how to put this, Sinbad is the one who did the programming for it, so i can't really say much.

I do plan on releasing a script (provided i can get a better controller designed) but not this one, if you wish to try and edit this one, by all means

yeah he just has all the input for the block names and Id rather not decipher that if I dont have to.

the script is built of modules. you stack them up, fill in the blanks with the blocks you are using, tweak the static variables (gains and rates) then call them in order from main. I still have a file laying about here somewhere with all the blank modules in it (about 3 times the number of modules in this script, it doesnt fit in one PB), and some brief instructions on use. i was planning on doing exactly what you requested and publishing it bundled with the controller (with Grindy Gears' permission, as the controller is his) ive been out of the game for a while (RL got in the way) weeks, but im finally plugged in again. ill finish it off and and see how it looks.

yeah that would be awesome.. airplane controls and rotor movement can be thing.. i was also looking into this for mech arm usage.
