Unit balance
Starting a new post just for unit balance. Any feedback on units is welcome. Do I need to buff some? Do I need to nerf some? Please post your ideas here. Thanks for your inpute.

I'm wondering why huscarls have riding. Can that be changed to something that they actually use?

Please fix the forest bandits in reference to the woodsman and veteran woodsman. They're gunning me down a mile away with the settings on normal/average

That's the Native game that gave them riding but I can remove. All lot of the units from Natve have points in stuff they can't use by default. It would take a long time for me to go through all the Native units and change them. It took me a long to adjust my added units. lol

I'm looking at adjusting the woodsman.

A single mountain knight rekt my 15 swadian footman army, and then he rekt me. when i blocked he moved so fast that the block & hit technique did not work. I would block his hit, start readying a attack, and then by then he had already readied another attack and was swinging towards me.

I noticed that vaegir elite marksmen, the best archers in the mod, have 0 power draw level. this must have been a mistake, as a veagir marksman has level 5 power draw. Personally, i love archers in M&B, so i would appreciate it if this was fixed ASAP. Thanks! AOC is a great mod.

Shield pikemen feel kinda "tumorous" and "filler" on the trees for factions like Nords (who already have very strong melee units) because combat AI in Mount & Blade is very poor at using shield/polearm combinations. They don't really know how to spear-brace against cavalry, or keep opponents at a distance with the spear. And when they face more than one unit, they'll never get a hit in.

I don't know if it's in your control, but I'd suggest making their unit cost a little cheaper, since the only place for pikemen in my opinion, is en masse in a shield wall protecting archers from cavalry. It might make them a little more appealing without overly disrupting your tree or needing to vastly rebalance them.

Giving the Rhodok Veteran Spearmen shields would be nice, tbh. the weird lack of shield between the trained spear and the sergeant bugs me.
Some of the bandit troops seem overly strong as well.

Almost none of the Swadian troops have non - lethal weapons now, making it pretty much impossible to tell them to only use blunt weaponry. Probably partly because the heavy morning star doesn't count as blunt for some reason.

Morningstars are piercing AND blunt weapons by default.
