I'm looking at adjusting the woodsman.
I don't know if it's in your control, but I'd suggest making their unit cost a little cheaper, since the only place for pikemen in my opinion, is en masse in a shield wall protecting archers from cavalry. It might make them a little more appealing without overly disrupting your tree or needing to vastly rebalance them.
Some of the bandit troops seem overly strong as well.
Morningstars are piercing AND blunt weapons by default.
