Both the ideas above are bad as slower move speed will render this weapon utterly useless.

No more than 5 stats you all!

I suggest going for the idea based on this shield being a gear, so make it a good anti-building shield:

Pros:
  • +200% bash damage against buildings
  • While charging, recieve 60% damage resistance
  • Destroying a building with melee or bash grants 75% charge back

why not +100% tide turner reskin when volvo gets their hands on it?

I am 100% ok with it beeing a tide turner reskin.

But if you do try making stats, make it good stats or at least not horrible ones.
-15% turning rate while charging
-10% charge speed
+20% bash damage
1.5x knockback distance
If the "Gear" meter is full (collect dead players weapon wich is killed by your bash)
then the shield start to spin while chargeing.
If charge with full "Gear" meter then the spinning shiled will push the player before it,
and deal 3-5 damage/sec

-1 charge will deplete the gear meter.

(kinda strange idea :D but i think it will be cool.A gear spin animation while charging , i think its not hard to made plus a gear spin sound.) - Here you go ! Original Idea!

Can stack up to 2 short charge or +20% charge reloading time but 2x charge distance and speed.
Too many ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stats. No more than 5 stat.

And -10% movement speed makes this useless.

Again, -10% move speed will make it a horrible weapon. And the huge resistances mean it's going to be unfun to play against. Just no.
