[Bug?]

Nextbot zombies is apparently bugged for me. when I put nz_infected into the npc to spawn it works, but only one appears at a time, and another only spawns when the existing is killed. I have chances on 100 and have raised npc limit to max but nothing effects it. Is nextbot stuff bugged with this?
