[Suggestion]: npc_citizen (and things like that) model type option
although I am not well versed in this subject, (so this may already be a feature, if so help.)

I have a suggestion for adding a type feature for models, for those of you who don't know what this means. (don't worry i had no clue till now either)
it essentially dictates what model RNG things like npc_citizens (rebels) are using.

Why do I bring this up?
Well for those of you who have already used this mod for Combine VS Rebels or things like that, know that the "Rebels" spawn with citizen models. This can be frustrating and ruin the atmosphere. Cuz you know a citizen going up to a citizen with a rocket launcher and healing his isn't that (HEAVY QUOTES) "realistic."
a fix people used for a while is choosing a random rebel model for that box, but then you have a hole bunch of people with the same face running around. (gets kind of creepy real quick.)

essentially how this type option works is like folders:
.you have 3 folders/tags each with different names each one hold a different set of models inside
.you put the name of one of the folders/tags in a text box
.and it draws a random model from that file/tag
.(side note: using a certain tags will give medics independent models types from other models)
for those of you that still don't understand this link might make more sense: https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Npc_citizen#Keyvalues (you don't have to click it btw.)

So having a type tag allows us to set there base RNG models system to REBEL allowing for citizens to get random rebel models and allows medic citizens to get medic models.
(note: citizens refer to the default system when left blank which is why we get citizen and refugee models.)

Do forgive me for my grammar.
Do add if I missed anything.
And I love this mod.
