Question-what are spawn flags?
as the title says i am computer literate but not game literate XD

They're special codes that can be combined into a single number. Each code can tell the NPC to do something a bit different (for example, 8 is the code for "drop healthkit on death"). You can google around to find a full list of these flags. If you leave the field blank the NPCs will just spawn normally, so you can leave it if you don't know what it is.

OHHHH thanks i was so confused on what it was i looked it up on google and got the vaguest awnser ever
