Can´t pick it up

After my character died i finaly found it and to my suprise i cant move the backpack at all. i can´t even put it on the ground because its so heavy (over 90kg) what do ?

Almost the same glitch, this mod is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ broken, I barely had anything in the bag can pick it up, however I literally cant drop it or access its inventory, ♥♥♥♥ ton of items gone.
