how to enable?
can anyone please tell me how to enable creature and item downloads? on my friends server we can only download players and not dinosaurs or items.

NoTributeDownloads=False
that seems to be the only line we find for downloads and it is set to false.

you also have to set dino and character downloads to true. I wouldn't set item downloads to true because it has a potential for abuse (loading mass amounts of C4, etc on another server and downloading it to yours. hazardous on a pvp server)
