Content Requests / Feedback
This mod is being developed directly from what people on my server are telling me they would like to see and need to improve the quality of their playtime. I want everyone to have that input so don't be shy to let me know what YOU think.

...maybe a way u can sell excess items so finnaly those dozens of excess tstacks pf meat have a use Also if you add a way to buy a dinos u will ne my ark hero......

@Ninjapigg, I plan on adding a fence or pawn shop if you will that will give you pearls at a low ratein exchange for your extra materials. Also I plan to add a dino breeder stall, but they would only sell fertilized eggs. Im not sure i could do real dino haha, that would be an interesting mechanics that may break the game :p

Would it be possible to make and expose a multiplier variable that would enable server owners to worry about the cost of the items being sold on their end. That way you don't have to worry about finding a balance for the costs on your end, rather you'd just have to balance it compared to vanilla and server owners would then just set the multiplier to match their gather rates.

Hey ionic, first of all i'm not an english native speaker - so sorry for not the best grammar or something :) On our server we set up a basar for traiding dinos and other stuff like fertilized eggs or kibble. Actually i'm not quite sure if your benches are just for one tribe or if other tribes can use it too. And would it be possible to change with which material they have to pay and how much a item/dino will cost? Would be great for our server and plans :) Last, sorry for the bad english and if there is something you dont understand feel free to ask. Greetings and keep it going

@Raupling, On my server we have the engrams disabled so that only administration can spawn them. And I have a marketplace area built where I personally place them and have them unlocked so that anyone can use them. Also I plan on making the prices adjustable after I have a majority of the planned content. But I'm not sure I'll get around to changing the actual item used to purchase things; however, there will be a sell shop coming soon allowing you to exchange more common materials for a smaller amount of pearls.

I would like to see a trade center for fertilized dino eggs, costing about 250-600 Pearls with the baby dinos' colors are random in all colors ark has in ark.

Can you tell me what is the advantage or disadvantage using your mod vs. the shopping mod?

I can't say there's a real benefit to either one over the other. I know the developer of the shopping mod and he is very good with it. His shop offers more options right now, but mine is built around a greater immersion factor and will having many more craftable structures and such than he has planed that I know of. So if you are looking for immediate FUNCTION, I would test his. If you are looking for immediate IMERSSION and a developing function I would try mine out.

It also wouldn't hurt to run both, just know my currently only supports one pricing option as its built in and therefor won't fit every current server setup. I plan on adding the adjustable price feature after my main content is in. Hopefully in a few weeks.

I really haven't used the shopping mod, but I think adding currency into the game of some sort is cool. Also, adding an option for players to sell stuff and collect their currency if it sells, etc.

I just heard my players saying they can sell a rocket launcher to the shopping mod and get 3 for it. So the balancing sounds like it needs some work on his mod.

I'll do some more research on the shopping mod and test yours too. I love the idea of this.

I think the inbalance there is intentional to stop people from being able to power through buy options from selling a lucky drop item or crafted item. And neither of our shops allow the owner to collect the money, but after I mostly finish this mod ill be looking into how i could do that.

is it possible to change the price of spiked helmet 8337 is too fat for the price :o ?

i liked your mods , if you can put too some bar , and other barrels pls , thanks a lot for your work
