Obviously theres a nice -50% from the Colonial Empire Ideas, which is a must take in my current run as my vassal Prussia (Spacemarines <3) would instantly be rebellious without it. Is there however some way of reducing this to zero entirely? It would be unbelievably sad if I had to limit my vassalsgrowth even though they posses no reasonable chance fighting me on their own. I could just try to create a second vassal with reasonable military, but its not the same as seeing that beautiful grey grow. :(
