After maxing each skill, the chance for the employee to gain more stars is reduced by 33%.
So it does get slower, when the npc has 1 skill to develop there is 33% of the original chance for an increase. Engineers are unaffected by this, but their skillup rate has been decreased 5x in last update.
I also got 2 or more inquiry so far asking for the mod being able to train to max instead of 4 (even though it always did). Seems like cloning the NPCs gain XP mod's behaviour amd limiting the mod to 4 or making a 5* npc extremely rare might not be welcome from some players.
You can still use virtual seminars to train employees quicker, but it's optional. And i dont even want to make it mandatory because smalltalk is a terrible mechanic in my view. Any seminars you happen to loot will surely have a use if your empire is expanding even with AutoTrain.
I could impement a chance decrease depending on current skill value (each star could further decrease increase chance by 15% or such). Not sure what people think about that.
