NPC's dont get alerted by Loud Weapons
So I'm using CW 2.0 and they seem to not care if I just shot a unsuppressed weapon. Is there a certian reason?

What weapon are you using? It works fine for me. Keep in mind that they have a maximum hearing range for gunshots, and it is halved if you shoot from behind a wall.

It works like it should but when I'm really close to a guard (Behind A Wall) (Unsuppressed) He doesnt seem to care.

Still, it seems to be working fine for me. Try increasing stealth_shotrange. I increased all ranges in one of the updates. The default is now 1000.

I found another bug. NPCs are supposed to see you farther when you shoot. However, the "shooting" variable is not reseting, so the player keeps his increased visibility even if he doesn't shoot anymore. I'll fix that tomorrow.

OK. Other than that, I'm loving this mod!
i have somewhat similar problem, it seems that for me any unsilenced weapon, they show a question mark over their head when they hear it, but dont do anything, they dont investigate, they just seem like "what's that a noise? who cares im off duty anyways" (tested on HL2, TFA, and VJ base weapons) it used to work before but even at shot range at max they hear nothing..

Oh, thats another problem. What map are you playing on? If it doesn't have AI nodes, then the AI doesn't know how to navigate. They will only move to investigate if there's a direct path between them and your position, but they won't find a path around obstacles. You'll have to create the AI nodes with the Nodegraph editor, or try to find it on internet. It's not a problem with my mod. Try using any of Silverlan's "NPC Tools" and they won't work on unnoded maps either.

Colonel basically just said what I wanted to say alot better. But the map I tested it on was noded.
even on noded it does it lmao, and i cant say they're deaf because when i shoot they hear it, they just go "?" like "oh well not my problem, i dont get paid enough for this ♥♥♥♥♥" lol it's a strange bug, it worked for me before the update. even on non noded maps..sometimes TOO well..i was on Gm_bigisland. all i did was fire a tiny pistol and they all came after me xD

for me they dont investigate and the don't alert anyone either. they just..don't care.

So basically before the update it was GTA 5 in a nutshell?
lol yea but it depends on the range you set it to, before setting it half made it so if you are in the area they hear it, but if you're far away but still see them with say a sniper, you could still pick them off in the distance without everyone freaking out..i always had it set to 2,000 so when i got people join my game trigger happy have to pay the price but snipers can still have the advantage SOMETIMES..depending on the range. god i love this mod..

But I was on a map fully noded on its own (gm_house3v4) and even tested it by making the distance can be heard by max and they still dont care even if they're next to me.
i have a custom nav file for big island, but even noded maps have the problem, its strange because i'm literally stalking a combine with a P250 shooting it in his ear and he's like "eh, you'll eventually run out of bullets..i'm just gonna ignore you until you do" and THEN he turns around and spots me lol

It seems to only be when Im in the combines sight (but not spotted) when i shoot he spots me.
even in their site they just ignore me, its like my gun is screaming "HEY ITS MR.MEEKSEEKS!! LOOK AT MEEEE!!" at this point xD
