Kidnapping Enemies!
There could be a tranquilizer gun that knocks the enemy out for a liminted amount of time
you could tie them in a chair or put them in a noose anything that will break the enemy and confuse his collegues (sorry i know i miss spelt that) Or even disguise as the enemy to blend in but it'd only be a liminted amount of time till the body decayed and you'd get a notification telling you.

Nah, I think there's already a taser mod or something like that. The rest is kinda complex. This is just a simple stealth system like in Skyrim, I don't want to add anything fancy.

Thing is if you use the taser on an NPC you can't drag the body, that and you have to place it in your silent weapons list instead of it being supported by defualt.

So support for an official "Stun weapon" would be kinda nice.

I just realized there are like 4 or 5 tasers/stunbatons... Adding compatibility to all of them will be a bit tricky. I better make my own stun weapon.

hmmmm i just had a thought. you know how in the hitman games your able to disguise as staff and other persons but you had to be carefully about being suspicious? im thinking maybe you could set up a suspicion system tied to your playermodel or something along those lines

I have no plans on adding disguises or suspicious meters.
