Custom Faction overwriting the other custom faction

hey so i finally figured out how to make custom factions with alive but came across a problem in regards to when i make a new faction and add it in through my installer it overwrites the other custom faction ive made
would it fix itself if i renamed the folders themselves or do i have to go into the configs and do something?
