Orbat creator is broken ?
Hello i just passed 6 hours to create a new faction, it work correctly but at qsome point i wanted to put some modification to this faction by adding more units.

The problem is when i export the files and cfg patches and when i restart the game, the faction i created who was fine no longer exist.
I can see the name of the faction i created in zeus and 3d editor but the units are simply gone there is nothing but the name of the faction.

Can someone explain me why it do that, ihave already created few factions and its the first time it do that to me i dont konw why its happening, i even tried to create a new faction based on the one who no longer work by creating the same units and everything and one again i have only the name of the faction in editor so please help me with that

If you go into the 'Edit Units', it will be empty where the units should be listed. You need to click the import from cfg to load them in. Hope this helps

It's a tool for dummies, learning how to write a config is harder but more reliable because your work won't delete itself the moment you press the wrong button.

Yeah I'm a dummy. Had the same issue did the import thing too. Loaded up Dynamic recon ops to test again. The faction wont even show. Maybe I should just learn to make config files. Any resources you'd recommend guys?

its broken cause the more stuff u add the alive orbat will create a error in which the faction name wont show luckily i just had to revert back to my old faction version. but nonetheless broken
