How to activate it?
I've started Wotc and cheked this mod in Launcher. But nothing changed. Still all this long time-wasters.

It's possible the launcher is not enabling the mod correctly - the default launcher is crap. Try the Alternate Launcher[github.com] instead.

It's also possible you're confused about what this mod does. It mostly removes pauses that occur after animations; it does not remove any animations themselves (except for the random pointing)
