where are the second gas can?

There is a pathway that is on fire. You need to extinguish it.

Enter the train at the end of the level. Take the wrench there. Now backtrack and use the wrench to take a fire hose. Lastly, use the firehose near the burning path.

The second gas can can be obtained through that path.
