I'll do more thorough testing when I next load up the game, but this mod (especially with the recent update) seems like the only one in my lineup likely to cause this issue, so I figured I'd mention it.
You are correct. Have fix for it already. It happens because MaxAimAssistScore turns it down to 95. Well it shouldn't change the value if the value is over MaxAimAssistScore. This have now been added and 100% hit chance should be back.
Will uploaded it soon with some other bug fixes.
Question: any chance you plan on adding the ChanceToMiss and AlwaysShowShotBreakdowns? I believe there might be some incompatibilities there as the ChanceToMiss has stopped working and I believe it might be some conflict with this mod.

Reason this is disabled is because I fix the vanilia issue with ShotBreakDown. Recommend testing it out!. ChanceToMiss is hopefully comming today!
