First Idea would be a slowing weapon, but I have no Ideas on how to make it balanced
The second idea IS
Do more damage the higher health the the victim is and more damage the more you are injured
Blocks healers, even if not out
Faster switch speed to this weapon, slower away.
But I agree, for a slowing weapon, damage, attack speed or health could be reduced.
I like the second idea aswell :)
on teammates:
+temporary speed boost (similar to DA)
-can not swich weapons as long as boost is active
on enemies:
+slows them down
+marks for death on mini-crits( and maybe crits )
-mini-crits (and maybe crits) do 50% less damage
on right click/ chair:
+20% more damage
-slower fireing speed
-breaks on succsessfuly landed (counts if landed on a wall/floor) crit
-breaks on 3 succsessfuly landed (counts if landed on a wall/floor) mini-crits in a row
-break on 6 succsessfuly landed (counts if landed on a wall/floor)hits in a row
: then stats reset to defualt (only for the chair)
then must recharge
and since its a wooden chair: how about +15% more fire damage vunerability...
