It's possible steam didn't update it right. I will be updating in a minute to submit a new set of files. With the update all your structures will still be there. If you started without it you may want to roll back to a previous save.

Yea, if you start the server without the mod they'll vanish. I never tried putting it back after removing, but I would think it won't bring them back. Most likely just use a previous save. Really strange though that some people are having problems. I know of a bunch of servers that aren't having any issue at all. Mine included. And I download the mod the same way everyone else does and upload it to my server via ftp.

I just pushed an update. If you haven't saved again, just stop your server without saving, update the mod. It will revert to the last save which as long as it wasn't from after you took the mod out everything will be fine.

Just saw your other post saying it's been running all day without. I've never tried to do that and I don't see how it could work, but who knows. Stranger things have happened. Try loading it again and see if the items are there. If they aren't there you would have to go to a previous save.

NP i wasnt around all day so just noticed a bit ago that I couldn't get to the server lol. I'm updateing now with a server save from earlier in the day. Will update here soon

Can anyone tell me how to update this on a Nitrado server? I updated my mod file in steam/steamapps/common/ark/shootergame/content/mods, but the server doesn't want to update it. I'm new to running a server, so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the super fast reply KGM6911. I found that page. I have the mod ID in the Active Mods line, as always, but I still can't get in the server. I get an outdated mod error. This is the only mod that I use that has updated recently. The server won't update it. I'm certain it is the server, and not the mod, as I have had this problem in the past. I really don't want to delete the mod, as we have used it quite a lot, and I don't want my friends to have to rebuild. If you have any additional info, I'd appreciate it. Otherwise, thanks for the great mod, and your fast response.

The server won't update the mod by itself. Every time a mod updates you need to stop the server and then FTP the files into the mod's directory. Overwrite every file every time you do this. Then restart the server. If that won't fix it, try switching the mods loading order for the active mods config setting. Just swap the #'s around to a different combination. Let me know what happens.

Also, the way I have set this mod up, you won't need to update it right away when I update the mod. Your server will still continue to run and be accessable after I update normally. You can just do the update the next time you reboot your server or do another update for something else.

Like I usually update my server in the mornings but do the mod updates at night. My players can continue to play throught the night without me updating my server.

Today's update also locked out my server. When trying to connect, it says to make sure server is running latest version of mods. I checked, and this is the only one that updated today.
