I believe pubbers could have fun if instead of adding a bunch of weapons, they fine-tuned the already existing ones.

I disagree. Air Strike and Beggar's Bazooka are heaping piles of garbage in my opinion, as in, they're badly designed and completely unneeded. The Cow Mangler just seems like an odd version of the default rocket launcher but with unlimited ammo and a situational downside. The Black Box, well, I never quite agreed with the idea that the Solder should be able to regenerate health from attacks.
I mean, every now and then I just crave vanilla valve pubs. Back in the good old days when sneaky frenchmen actually died and sentries took a bit more effort to build and protect. And no one got immediately pwned by a mad man screaming mmph with crits he got simply by doing damage in the first place. At least le greasy flamethrower was nerfed.

But hey, let's just give american blaster man / straight line demoman more rocket launchers. Why not?

(I wouldn't mind so much if they were just reskins, when was the last time anyone got p*ssed at an original?)

Yeah, I really enjoyed TF2 when the Orange Box was out. The reason I don't want there to be 11 rocket launchers is because it is just so absurdly high in my opinion. They all do one basic thing: Shoot a rocket that damages people. I don't think there needs to be almost a dozen rocket launchers for that purpose. I feel like the more weapons that are haphazardly designed, the more cluttered and less streamlined the game is. In a way it also theoretically makes the game less balanced, as the chances of two of the same classes fighting each other while using the same weapon is decreased, meaning one theoretically has some advantage over the other. It just makes the game less predictable and overly complex in my opinion. Also, the Original shoots its rockets from the middle, whereas the Rocket Launcher fires them from the right-hand side.

There already is an Australium Rocket Launcher.

We need more medic & spy weapons because when was the last time something new came out that changed the way you play those classes? I agree we don't need more weapons for the class that already has the most
