Additional Mission Types

Cannot move/attack/anything with added resistance fighters.
I've recently been getting a bug of reinforcements whom I can't control at all in the game.
As soon as I get them, they just stand their and do nothing but get shot by the enemy, and cause my main soldiers to panic most of the time costing me the entire squad & mission.

@CaptainForgeball confirmed that 'Larger Starting Squad' is NOT the reason why the bug is happening.

p.s. is it possible to bring back the old method of introducing resistance fighters like older versions?

I can also confirm that this is happening, I'm not using larger starting squads. So it may be a bug in this mod?

Also encountered this bug once. And I also don't use the larger starting squads mod.
When it happened to me, my squad had spawned on the roof of a small prefab hut and I assumed there was some kind of pathing problem.
I think, after reloading, the units appeared in the positions I had tried to move them to (unsucessfully) on the first attempt, but then continued to be unable to to take further actions.

Do any of you use the Dynamic Stats Development mod? Gotten a potential lead on the cause of the issue being that mod.

Yes I do use Dynamic Stats Development mod.
Do you have a lead in the mod itself that's causing the conflict?

Can confirm. I had Dynamic Stats Development Mod and when I removed it, characters are now able to be moved. (Only 1 mission tested so far) Try it out boys

Personally can't give any idea as to why your two mods conflict though, leave that to you ;)

I can move my backup after removing the Dynamic Stats Development mod.
Anyone have any idea which coding causes the conflict?
I still want to have both mods in the end :(

Can also confirm. I use the dynamic stats development mod too. Does it look fixable? If I have to choose between the two I'll drop dynamic stats in a heartbeat and keep this one. But it'd be nice to have them both ;-)

Cheers great mod but might want to add the current issue into your main description so people are more easily aware. Hope you get it sorted since the two mods would be nice together.

My current work around is to put all new characters into overwatch, reload the game, and on the next turn they seem to function as normal.

Can anyone else confirm this works 100% of the time?

I'm pretty sure all units are equipped with a frag grenade.

Tossing the frag in their first turn without doing anything else usually fixes this problem.

Definitely a conflict with Dynamic Stats Development.

I've had a look at both source codes but can't find anything obvious why this might be happening.

However there is a work around that works 100% of the time.. On any given reinforcement unit, simply select their grenade and then cancel the action ie. don't toss it. Any movement/action after this will work as normal and you won't lose any turns.
