When it happened to me, my squad had spawned on the roof of a small prefab hut and I assumed there was some kind of pathing problem.
I think, after reloading, the units appeared in the positions I had tried to move them to (unsucessfully) on the first attempt, but then continued to be unable to to take further actions.
Do you have a lead in the mod itself that's causing the conflict?
Can confirm. I had Dynamic Stats Development Mod and when I removed it, characters are now able to be moved. (Only 1 mission tested so far) Try it out boys
Personally can't give any idea as to why your two mods conflict though, leave that to you ;)
Anyone have any idea which coding causes the conflict?
I still want to have both mods in the end :(
Tossing the frag in their first turn without doing anything else usually fixes this problem.
I've had a look at both source codes but can't find anything obvious why this might be happening.
However there is a work around that works 100% of the time.. On any given reinforcement unit, simply select their grenade and then cancel the action ie. don't toss it. Any movement/action after this will work as normal and you won't lose any turns.
