I thought that it would be good to have bug reports at a seperate point, so i started this discussion.

I am not sure if it is a bug or planned gameplay, but on the mission where I have to secure the VIP from Prison, after i killed all starting enemies on the map, then the firebrand timer appears and reinforcements are coming every turn and i can select the VIP, although i did not secured the VIP before. The VIP was not even in sight range. It seems the timer and reinforcements are also triggering when i kill all enemies on the map and not only if i secure the VIP. The problem is also i can not get out of the cell with my VIP, because he cant hack. I hope you understand what i am trying to explain. Thanks

I appear to have a similar issue. The VIP room was inaccessable. I couldn't open the door or blow a hole in the wall and the VIP is unable to hack the door.

Was only able to attempt opening the door with one of my original four soldiers (not a specialist-didn't even have any available to see if that was why which i'm assuming it isn't)
Tried opening from the sides of the door and the door tile itself. No luck.
An Advent soldier was able to pass through the door.

Reinforcement rookies with Long War Toolbox's "Not Created Equal" are standard rookies instead of rookies with randomized stats. I played two missions from this mod and got four rookies from rescueing VIP from rioting city and five rookies from a Haven siege. I had only LWT and this mod loaded and enabled and the config directory in my games was reset before the campaign.

I agree with other people that it's weird a VIP is playable in his/her locked cell that is intact. :)

I assumed it was because the cell might be vulnerable to explosives and you had control of the VIP so that you could move him to the other side of the cell to prevent him from taking damage. However, you can't break the wall down with anything as far as I know. Plasma grenades may work, doubtful though.

The PR tour mission is causing no NPC to spawn on this mission and then on subsequent missions. This has occured more than once forcing a reload to do a different mission type. The other additional missions do not have this problem.

I was doing the Defend Haven Siege mission (March) and I only got empty dropships. I only had to kill 6 aliens total. Seems bugged.

I have an issue with the new mission types. These missions types have no soldiers in the dropdowns making the mission silly. With me just waiting ten turns. Happened on both VIP rescue in rioting city and Resistance defense mission. Please help! How to fix this?

I've had an issue with Haven missions crashing to desktop twice now

Seems to be crashing on the last character's turn the turn after the mission timer expires. When I restart and reload, it then starts crashing for any character in any turn, including the wo earlier autosave turns.

Anyone else experienced an issue like this?

I got a bug that when I played resistance haven the rookies didnt get the armor upgrade from proving ground. The weapon and the granade upgrade worked.

This happened to me in every new mission, just empty dropships over and over. I run alot of mods with my game, including a better advent, more dark events casual, and about 15 new classes (not including special enemy mods and the whatnot. So what I'm going to do is test if it's a better advent interfering and if not I will not use this mod in my playthroughs.

ABA is not interfering with additional mission types, i have got both as well and for me it works fine( if we ignore a bug caused by the red fog,second wave reborn mod, potentials and squad cohesion combination).

I'm getting this crash, and it seems to be related to a soldier panicking, but I can't be sure.

Soooooo.. any ideas as to what could have been interfering. I also at that time was using ABA: Better pods (which messed around with the missions.ini) and I was using More Dark Events: Casual which creates it's own pods and messes with leader and follower units. Other than that, I have no other mods installed that seem to have any chance of interfering. They are all enemy mods and class mods. :steamsalty::steamsalty::steamsalty:

@dragonbrawl9 Well thats actually a good question, and i can't answer it unless i know all of the mods you have installed. The thing is i have around 90 mods installed, all of them work fine together(except for the three mentioned above) so if i would know which mods you have installed which i have as well i can tell you for 100% sure which mods are NOT doing this. Best way to do this would be snipping tool in combination with the custom Xcom 2 launcher(I don't know if you know that one, it shows you at least conflicts with some ini which two ore more mods are overwriting)

old issue happened to me just now - after killing a dark vip on PR tour there appears timer (10turns) and its stuck like that. It doesnt matter if I end turn automaticaly or manualy, I'm stuck at 10 and I cannot end the mission, nor continue with the whole game...
