I'm not 100% sure but I believe that is a problem with the game itself not the map. Happened to me once and I varified the game, said I was missing files. Assuming you restarted the game and tried again and got the same result verify your game. And as an absolute last resort, completely remove the game from your pc and download it fresh.

Something that Wildcard, and all game companies, should do is have it so that when a game updates it gets rid of any files it is replacing, or overwrites them. As it stands whenever you get an ark update, it is adding content to your computer that simple overrides current content without removing the old content.
