Kinda seeing the same with Ark Server Launcher, it just keeps failing.
Really want to play this map.

I had same issue, just keep hammering the download and it will come, not very scientific but worked for me.

I tried to download it to copy the folder and pass it to the server but without success I could have it start the map but my character is floating and the dinos also and the whole sea.

The only thing that works for me is using -automanagedmods in the command line with the map id listed in the active mods. For some reason when I try to update big mods manually it always fails.

what server providers do you guys use for this map that works without headaches loading it and other mods? I currently have host havok one and it wouldnt download extinction mod and wouldnt work even after manually adding files through ftp. I am wanting to have this map with either pugnacia or extinction but can guarentee it wont work with my current provider.
I am looking for a new provider but I dont know a great deal about providers and dont know other hosts to ask.

I host on my own hardware. A couple days after I posted this, the downloads started working.
